PlaBro is India's premier networking and communication app for real estate agents & dealers. This app, a first of its kind in India, offers an engagement platform for real estate brokerage firms, property agents and property dealers to connect, network and share information relating to real estate, housing, commercial properties etc.
This app aims to bridge the gap in the real estate sector so agents and dealers can share information pertaining to lease, sale, purchase, rent and other accommodation for commercial purpose.
To begin with, real estate agents and property dealers can post real estate properties available in their area. These posts are called 'shouts' which are posted and shared i.e broadcast. App users can chat and discuss these requirements with each other. Agents & dealers can 'also follow' each other and also become 'friends' on Plabro. Friends can also chat with each other and discuss properties available for sale, purchase, lease, let out for commercial office space, flats, plots, rooms and all available formats for housing.
Property deals or posts can be bookmarked for later usage. PlaBro users can also search for available property listings and also directly speak with the concerned agent or property or real estate dealer.
Once an agent signs up, they will be provided notifications, as desired, whenever another agent, property dealer or brokerage firms tries to contact them for a chat. Plabro users can also invite other agents and dealers to join Plabro, create a profile and follow other agents and dealers.
In a nutshell, Plabro is the most complete property and brokerage networking app in the real estate sector, a must have for all property & real estate dealers, brokerage firms, housing agents and other commercial enterprises looking to buy/sell/rent/lease an available plot/flat/villa/room/house/land etc.
